1 Introduction

Welcome to 334win. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 334win ("334win", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online sports betting and casino platform accessible at https://334win.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement governing your use of the Platform.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account you register on the Platform.

3 Account Eligibility

You may only register and maintain an Account on the Platform if you satisfy all of the following conditions:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as may be required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Proof of age may be requested at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be closed immediately and any funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You must not be a resident of or physically located in any jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You acknowledge that you have independently verified that your use of the Platform is lawful where you are located.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement or other legal instrument that limits your capacity to contract, you may not register an Account.

3.4 One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one Account. Creating multiple Accounts — whether using the same identity or different identities — is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.5 Not a Problem Gambler Under Self-Exclusion

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Information

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. Provision of false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

334win operates KYC procedures in accordance with its licensing obligations. You may be required to submit documentary evidence of your identity (such as a copy of your CNIC), proof of address and/or proof of payment method before deposits, withdrawals or bonus activations are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in funds being held pending verification.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. 334win will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials. Report any suspected unauthorised access to our support team immediately.

4.4 Account Currency

Your Account balance is displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). This display currency is for convenience and transparency for Pakistani users. The applicable base currency for settlement purposes may differ — refer to the Platform's cashier for current conversion details.

5 Terms of Use

By accessing the Platform, you agree to the following conditions of use:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
• You will not attempt to circumvent any security measures, access controls or technical restrictions.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not authorised by 334win.
• You will not engage in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage or any other form of unfair advantage that undermines the integrity of markets offered on the Platform.
• You will not use the Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing or any other criminal activity.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that there is no guarantee of profit or return on any wager placed.
• You accept that 334win reserves the right to void any bet, restrict any market, or suspend any Account where fraudulent, collusive or irregular activity is suspected.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets, including pre-match and in-play markets on Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other events, are subject to the specific betting rules published in the Platform's help documentation. These rules govern settlement, void conditions, abandoned events and market-specific regulations.

6.2 Casino Games

Casino games — including live dealer tables, jackpot slots and virtual games — are subject to individual game rules published within each game interface. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are determined by the relevant game provider and are outside 334win's direct control.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market, game and promotional context. Current limits are displayed at the point of wagering. 334win reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.

6.4 Errors and Technical Faults

In the event of a manifest error, technical fault or system malfunction, 334win reserves the right to void affected bets. Where a settlement error has occurred, 334win will correct the error and re-settle at the correct outcome, recovering any overpayments from affected Accounts.

6.5 Bet Acceptance

A wager is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation from the Platform. Bets placed during a network outage, at clearly erroneous odds or after the official start of an event (where not an in-play market) may be voided.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers made available on the Platform are subject to specific terms, wagering requirements and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each offer and must be read before accepting any promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real-money funds. The applicable multiplier, eligible markets and contribution rates per game type will be stated in the specific promotion terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

334win reserves the right to withhold, remove or reclaim bonus funds where it reasonably suspects abuse of promotional terms, including but not limited to: creation of multiple Accounts, manipulation of qualifying criteria, use of prohibited software or coordinated play between Accounts.

7.4 Changes to Promotions

334win reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Promotions are not ongoing entitlements and their availability does not constitute a contractual obligation to continue offering them.

8 Deposits & Withdrawals

8.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. 334win does not accept third-party deposits. Available deposit methods are displayed in the Platform's live cashier and are subject to change at any time based on operator policy and provider availability.

References to familiar Pakistani payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, or bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah are provided for contextual familiarity only. 334win does not claim any partnership, affiliation or endorsement by any of these institutions. 8.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been successfully verified under KYC procedures. 8.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

8.4 Fees

334win does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own fees or currency conversion charges. You are responsible for understanding any such fees charged by your payment provider.

10 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Engaging in, facilitating or attempting any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, bonus abuse or identity fraud.

• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Using information not publicly available (insider information) to place wagers.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering or terrorist financing under applicable law.
• Creating multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.

Breach of any prohibition listed in this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balances and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 334win Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software and data compilations — is the property of 334win or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 334win.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 334win excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by technical failures, maintenance, third-party service outages or events beyond 334win's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable law.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have not taken reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• The accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any odds, market information or other content displayed on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law. In jurisdictions where certain exclusions are not permitted, 334win's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by the relevant law.

13 Suspension & Termination

13.1 Suspension by 334win

334win reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time, with or without notice, where it suspects breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, AML/KYC concerns or any other conduct inconsistent with the safe and lawful operation of the Platform.

13.2 Termination by the Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via an eligible withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance checks. Bonus funds will be forfeited upon Account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Termination of your Account does not release either party from any obligations that arose prior to termination. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited activities and governing law shall survive termination.

14 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 334win holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction, except where otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law applicable in your country of residence.

Users located in Pakistan are reminded that no claim by 334win of international licensing affects the applicability of Pakistani domestic law to their personal conduct. It remains each user's responsibility to comply with Applicable Law in their own jurisdiction.

15 Changes to These Terms

334win reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform and/or by email to the address registered on your Account. The revised Terms will display an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 13.2.
